Cancellation Policy

Initial Consultation The initial consultation is free. If you’re unable to attend, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed consultations without notice may affect future booking opportunities. Ongoing Sessions Payment for ongoing sessions (after the free initial consultation) is required in advance. Cancellations & Refunds Refund requests for paid sessions will be considered, and a refund or credit may be issued at Carmen’s discretion.
